Easy Refrigerator Pickle Recipe

Ingredients Required

• Vinegar- 1Qt
• Water- 1 ½ cups
• Crushed fresh mustard seeds- ½ cup
• Horseradish- 1 tbsp
• Pepper- 2 tbsp
• Salt- ¼ cup
• Sugar- 1 cup
• Cucumber- sliced lengthwise (2 inches approx)

Procedure to Prepare Mustard Pickle

Fill the cucumber pieces in a jar. Combine all the spices, including pepper, salt, sugar, crushed fresh mustard seeds, horseradish, along with vinegar, and pour the mixture over the cucumber pieces.

You need to refrigerate it properly for around three days. While refrigerating, you need to keep stirring in between to ensure that the ingredients get mixed up properly.
